External Adjustment Probe Station GXTEPE120V-EM is designed for studying the electrical properties of samples under variable temperatures, enabling characterization of electrical performance as a function of temperature.

The product requires a temperature controller for operation. The included PC control software facilitates temperature setting and data acquisition, while provided LabVIEW VIs/C# SDK allows customers to develop customized programs.
