The temperature range of GXTECH400V is -190°C~400°C, with a temperature stability of ±0.1°C. It can achieve precise temperature control in multiple modes such as fixed-point, slope, and program segment. The sample stage can be optional for reflection/transmission; it adopts fixed probes, which are compatible with various optical instruments and electrical meters.
